Highways Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced Highways Supervisor to join a leading highways contractor delivering quality infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate highways works on-site
Plan and manage daily operations, ensuring compliance and safety
Utilise National Highways roadspace allocation tools (e.g., SRN/TMA)
Implement and supervise traffic management (TM) in accordance with regulations
Requirements:
Proven supervisory experience in highways construction
Strong knowledge of traffic management (TM)
Proficiency in planning works and using National Highways roadspace booking systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills
