Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop engineering and maintenance teams
• Drive asset reliability, continuous improvement, and safety compliance
• Provide technical expertise in automated manufacturing
• Coach engineers and apprentices to build capability
• Lead diagnostics, fault resolution, and prevention

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Multi-discipline engineering qualification (HND/degree or apprenticeship)
• FMCG experience with automated systems
• Strong fault-finding and asset care knowledge
• Leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Understanding of OEE and reliability best practices
